 Nightfall this evening marks the end of Rosh Hashana and the beginning of the Jewish New Year, SO, when you write your apartment rent check, make sure you date it 5783.  10 days later is Yom Kippur on October 4-5.

Greetings and good will to those who observe!

To the (hard swallow) Guardians, though, with 9 games remaining!  May we enjoy all the fun this group of young 'uns, who provided many edge-of-the-seat baseball game victories.  Even after we were slowly convinced they were for real, edge sitting became the norm...and such fun it all became.  Yup, even that 15 inning, 5 hour, 39 minute marathon I sat/stood for on the 17th of this month.  May they continue their surprises!

The "alleged," denied by many, global warming threat is heating up with different weather patterns is just beginning to flood us with a new style of storms with increased amounts of damage.  Droughts and floods impact our daily lives.

"Freedom" of non-permit gun carry put young children and other innocents in graves.

Greed wreaks panic amongst those with "more money than God!"  Containers of goods with expiration dates have cobwebs due to the greed factor.

Hopeful candidates throw large stones at each other, backed by questionable dollar sources.  None of those promise makers have studied a mirror lately.

Know yourself, then question each and all of them, especially those seeking re-election, why they didn't deliver what they promised the 1st time.  Do NOT accept their age old excuse of, "the other party," which leads to my question, "If all are innocent, who the hell is doing all the bad?!?"

Before you know it, the general election will be history and the weenie-whiners will be crying , "foul," so---help your friends dismount their deceased burros and make them learn and vote!!!

Repeat of History?

 Mr. Ken Burns provides accurate PBS documentaries, with deep insight on a variety of subjects, both entertaining and educational.  I just finished watching 3 episodes of, "The U.S. and the Holocaust."  Forever a reader, throughout high school, I was drawn into the world of Adolf Hitler's biography, from his youth, education, time in the military, political aspirations, incarcerations, etc.  

Book after book and hour after hour, I "watched" his evolution of thoughts, planning, assembling a totally unquestioning loyal following, beginning with his, "Mein Kampf," ("My Struggle"), igniting the implementation of his 1,000 year empire.

During my formative years, a class in "Civics" was part of the curriculum, wherein we were taught and learned the formulation, planning and working of our government.  That in mind, it was obvious and quite disconcerting to realize the troubling nature of Hitler and his manifesto.

Just a few moments into the documentary's first episode, I was immediately taken back to the books of my introduction to one person's unadulterated evil.  Disturbing enough were his thoughts, but how he incorporated those thoughts and actually convinced his compatriots of their justification was plain terror.  The sadists Josef Mengele, Ilse Koch and countless others not only conducted vile experiments but actually took pleasure in their sickening procedures.

Impressive was Hitler's methodology of slowly convincing, one person at a time, the nature and need to eliminate what he determined to be the main cause of all problematical.  Rewards were promised for exemplary service.  Recruits were drawn by the sheer magnetism of the leader's convincing oratory.  Truth be damned.  Many forsook friends and family for the promised promotions and glamor.  Children were taught to report friends and even their own family for any suspicious talk or deeds.  Initially, they were called brown-nosers, then boot-lickers and today, we call them sycophants.

Worst of all was the casual indifference displayed by so many, worldwide, labeling it a glitch and/or a passing fancy.

Sound familiar?  I hope so!  Admit it or not, we are slowly being manipulated into a resurgence of what occurred with Hitler's jail cell occupancy, nearly 100 years ago.  

With modern technology, we are constantly fed information, both good and bad.  We are inundated with unkept promises made on campaign trails.  Incumbents spend a lot of time getting re-elected and pointing fingers at "the other side" for not getting things done.  Currently, incumbents and candidates are now refusing to publicly debate.  More deals are struck behind closed doors. Last minute riders are attached to unrelated bills that benefit those who really don't need any more money.  Many agreements are made by the big money percenters via lobbyists, which I refer to as "legalized bribery."

Please!  Take the time to analyze those who represent your needs, be it the local councilperson and all those up the ladder.  Question their decisions.  Are they keeping campaign promises?  Where are your increased taxes going?  Why are they even considering the elimination of your self-funded Social Security and other supplements?  Why can't both parties agree on almost anything and why opposition is built solely on party lines?  Have intelligence and common sense run out?

I urge you to watch, "The U.S. and the Holocaust," streaming on PBS Video App, not necessarily the outcome, but how the formula was designed and ever so carefully installed with hardly a wave of disruption.  

I also very strongly implore you to vote this November.  If you choose otherwise, then I remind you of the closing words uttered by Vincent Price in, "The Fly." "Be afraid...be very afraid."

In past election races, I've offered this thought: Upon declaring one's intention to run for office, it just might be that the first non-cabinet member is, "Director of Defamation."  It's increasingly apparent, isn't it?  Seems more time is allocated to attacking opponents rather than espousing one's own merits and intentions.

Imagine being a "fly on the wall."  Candidate, in a one on one conversation, tells BFF, "Your ONLY task is to dig up anything that can be used against the knucklehead across town.  If you CAN'T find any, then, make UP some!"  After all, we know the public thrives on garbage.  Read chapter 13 of my doctoral on 'innuendo, hyperbole, non-facts about a recent study without a date or named author/many believe/everybody's saying/subliminal suggestion and a host of other ways to add my adversary to the cancel culture s--t list.  Once the media gets their ratings race mitts on it, c'est la guerre!"

Regarding Mike Richards, his prior actions were not the best.  Can we all not say we ever had one or several of those moments?  A wise person stated a long time ago...If 2 people know, it's not a secret.  A 2nd wise one offered, a thought is as bad as the deed.  In the world's best ever selling book, another wise person said something about casting the first stone.

The "me-me-me" generation riding the cancel culture express take much pride in ruining another's life, career and family.  Why?  He/She failed to meet our standards, being, "Whatever you do is fine....as long as I approve."

If the CC were finite, there would be nearly zero attendance in ANY political venue, not to even mention the  private sector.  They DO however, continue to re-elect so, so many who are guilty.  The collective memory is obviously selective and shamefully short, as in---look it up.  I'm not going to do what you certainly haven't!

As for Mike Richards, the way the world is today, people are admitting guilt without atonement.  CC might have sponsored a parade in your honor if only you had tapped your heart 3 times and said, "My bad!"

Many other countries have and continue to experience the same tragedies, such as pre WW2 Europe, early Japan's invasions into neighboring nations, Myanmar, Haiti, soon to be(?) Hong Kong and perhaps Taiwan, most any country in Africa,,,the list goes on.

For a moment, let's pretend religion and racism don't exist.  Enter, "Follow the money." 

Consider what's below the surface---oil and minerals, for the most part(s), aka what I call, the lowest common denominator.

Mans' insatiable, yet idiotic, ultimate lust is power, whose foundation is hubris and money, fed by lying, cheating, manipulating and total disregard for anyone and anything in the way.

Dissect all the history and you'll see why it's not quite the successful journey.  The tenacious and patient will of those affected generally win out in the long run.  The remainder---and---not usually considered, is the repetitious cycle of envy from those who think they also can achieve the same status.  Ergo, those currently leading the devious pack, must forever look over their shoulders, being ever suspicious about everyone else.  Enter stage right,,,The definition of insanity~~~

Here's a pretty darn good investigative report.  Of COURSE, it's lengthy and very detailed, but that's what great reporting SHOULD be!

Some years back, there was a monster expose in Cuyahoga County and its commissioner's involvement, along with a who's who in bribery, printed most every day for a lot of days.  The investigation took plenty of time to assemble evidence.  Typically, all accused responded as innocent.  That might be when I first asked, "If they're all innocent, who the heck is committing all the crimes?!?"  If the articles were put in book form, it might have been as thick as, "War and Peace."

Herein, if you take the time as I did, you'll be the "fly on the wall," as you "read all about it," regarding clandestine meetings, overt and covert, manipulating and so many more methods of what "they" want as the Newnited States of Dumpmerica.

So much is being implemented from so many directions by so many lust-driven, power hungry, hubristic egomaniacs, it might all be enough to confuse Plato!  Lobbyists are becoming millionaires quickly by the money people to drive purported messages into every home possible.  It seems a variety of messages are aimed at specific demographic targets.  Why?  The way I see the psychology, the first line of attack is to inundate the masses with carefully constructed, verbose content, using a plethora of polysyllabic words that would awe the living hell out of George Will.  By the way, he's got his own foot both in the door(s) and mouth.  No arrow intended, but that just fell into the construct.  You'll see quite a few names espousing one ideal, yet secretly working behind the scene against their own followers.  In addition, there are those who stepped down from one corporate board, while remaining on another board that's financed by very heavy, dark money, via pre-conceived "non-profits."  The hoped-for outcome is: Strike one-many will stop reading whey they see the report's length.  Strike two-another high percentage won't be able to comprehend all those long words; Strike three-they'll toss their hands toward the sky and won't go to the polls to vote.  Strike four-not necessary.  Game over!

Not to be forgotten department: Constant shuffling of constituents by way of gerrymandering...all in quest of steering the votes.  Then, we have filibuster, the never-ending, b-o-r-i-n-g attempt by whomever without moral character, attempts to emulate Lorne Michaels' SNL.  The REAL comedy is now to see which clown can talk, not speak, for a longer period that the previous lackey.

There are 300+ million of us.  Lots are eligible to vote, but don't.  Lots are physically and mentally able to work, but don't.  You complain bout immigrants, but you won't work for the pay you call demeaning.  Many of you have brought children into the world, but you've chosen to seek more of the same with someone else, resulting in a family wherein each child has a different surname.  There are those who actually teach how to "work the system," aka, babies having babies.

People rant about those elected to represent us, but they won't vote or hold accountable those in office.  The user politicians continue their classes in becoming millionaires in the least amount of time, ergo, you really don't count!

And---guess WHAT?  YOU CONSTANTLY RE-ELECT THEM!!!

I'm not asking you to agree.....merely asking you to evaluate, then re-evaluate, to properly see where we're headed.

If you don't or won't, you'll continue increasing the size of Satan's smile~~~
